Do your items come with a warranty?
Yes. Every item comes with a free 3-month warranty from the date of delivery. It covers faults that appear during normal use, but not accidental damage, liquid damage or misuse. If something goes wrong, email info@finalbuy.co.uk with your order number and a short description (photos or a video help), and we'll repair, replace or refund it. Your statutory rights are not affected. Bought from us on eBay? Register your eBay warranty.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, including pre-loved items. Email info@finalbuy.co.uk with your name and order number and we'll email you our returns address. For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage, and we recommend a tracked service.
What if my item is faulty, damaged or not what I ordered?
Email info@finalbuy.co.uk with your order number, a description of the problem and, if you can, photos or a short video. We'll pay reasonable return postage and send you a prepaid label where possible.
How quickly will I get my refund?
We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, and most refunds are made within 5–10 working days. The money goes back to the card or payment method you used.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Standard delivery is free by Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually 2–3 working days. Express delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £7.99, usually the next working day when you order by 2pm (Mon–Fri). Every order is tracked, and we deliver to UK addresses only. See our Delivery page for details.
How can I pay?
You can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Link or Amazon Pay. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear on supported devices.
What condition are the items in?
Each listing states the condition: new, opened but never used, or pre-loved. Every pre-loved and opened item is fully tested before it's sent, and sealed items stay sealed so you're the first to open them.
