About our online store
Welcome to FinalBuy. We sell new stock and tested pre-loved tech: VR headsets, consoles including the PlayStation Portal, audio, accessories and laptops. We’re always upfront about whether an item is new or pre-loved, and about its condition. Everything you buy on finalbuy.co.uk comes with a 3-month warranty from the day it’s delivered, with no registration needed. Bought from us on eBay? Register your eBay warranty.
How we test
Every pre-loved item goes through three checks before it’s listed: 1) Power-on: it boots and charges. 2) Full function check: buttons, screens, sensors, audio, ports and connections. 3) Cosmetic grade: an honest condition grade (like new, good or fair), with any marks photographed.
3-month warranty
Every order on finalbuy.co.uk comes with a 3-month warranty, starting from the day it’s delivered to you, with no registration needed. Bought from us on eBay? Register it here. If something goes wrong, email info@finalbuy.co.uk and we'll repair, replace or refund it.
