Every item from FinalBuy comes with our free 3-month warranty, starting on the day it is delivered to you. The warranty is given by FINALBUY LIMITED and is in addition to your statutory rights. We do not sell paid or extended warranties.

Do I need to register?

  • Bought on finalbuy.co.uk? No. Your warranty is automatic, with no registration needed. Your order number is your proof of purchase.
  • Bought from us on eBay? Yes, please register your purchase on our Register eBay warranty page to activate your 3-month warranty. It takes about a minute, and we will email you to confirm, usually within 2 working days.

What is covered

Faulty workmanship, including faults and hardware failures that arise during normal use within 3 months of delivery. This applies to new and pre-loved items alike.

What is not covered

  • Accidental damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Misuse
  • Repairs or modifications by anyone other than us (including unauthorised repairs)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic marks already described at the time of sale
  • Problems caused by third-party software

How to make a claim

  1. Email info@finalbuy.co.uk with your order number (or your eBay order number) and a description of the fault.
  2. Photos or a short video of the problem help us sort it out faster.
  3. We may ask you to send the item to us so we can check it. For valid claims we pay the postage, and we will send you a prepaid label where possible.

We usually reply within 2 working days.

What happens next

If the fault is covered, we will repair or replace the item. If neither is possible, we will refund you.

Who the warranty covers

The warranty applies to the original buyer.

Your statutory rights

This warranty never limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Items must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and you have further rights to a repair, replacement or refund after that. For pre-loved items, quality is judged with regard to age, price and the condition described.
